I had never played any of these Metroid games for a long time, main reason is probably because of
money, but I finally got around to buying all three Metroid Prime games right at the beginning of
December in 2007. Basically, these games are what kept my sanity during Christmas break. Not knowing
much about the games, except that they were first person shooters, I dove into Metroid Prime unaware
of anything, I was in for greatness dudes!
Metroid Prime rules guys. There isn't to much of a story here, basically Samus chases what seems to
be a Metal Ridley down to a planet after it
destroys a space station in hopes to kill it. Your ship
crashes on impact and basically you have nothing except the gun on your arm to get around. What this
game does best is give you a sense of exploration that you may have never had before in any other
video game, and it's a neat experience. There aren't any friendly people on this planet at all,
everything that lives there basically lives on the planet and doesn't like you intruding in their
areas, so, well, it's fun! This is a first person shooter, so gameplay should be straight forward.

I dont know what else to say. The world of Metroid Prime is huge, and I can now see why so many
people love this game, its just damn good. If you're like me and haven't played this game, do so now.
I'm glad I did.
