Man. What to say. I wouldn't have even known about this game if it wasn't for a Gamestop employee. Seriously, I need to thank this guy big time. I was just browsing around the old Gamestop one day and he came up to me and said "hey, do you want to buy some rare games?", and of course I said "Sure!". He then showed me, this magnificant game, and Digital Devil Saga (which is also quite amazing). Anyway, let's get on with the review. Basically, the game starts you out as an average joe who is going out to meet with some friends. Being the curious bunch of rascals

that you are, you end up living through a hollocaust and you get yourself turned into a demon. Are you amazed at how originally different the storyline sounds yet? Hell, you haven't seen nothing yet. this truly is a game that must be experienced because it is just so fresh. Expecially the battle system. Basically it's your classic Turn based RPG but it's also alot like Pokemon. You see, as you make your way around the world, you can recruit, train, combine, and evolve other demons. It truly is loads of fun, and everything works as it should.

I guess that's it. If you want to play a truly unique RPG that has great music and is pretty challenging, look no further. This truly is one of the PS2's best.

My small oppinions about the game

Most Memorable Moment
They dropped a worm in my eye?.

I liked the Manikin's hideout, you know, the one in Asakusa.
Least Favorite Location
The caves kinda suck. and it took forever to get through the sewers.
Favorite Charicter
Pyro Jack was the shit.
Least Favorite Charicter

Hardest Boss
Well, you see, there's this guy in the Diet Building. he's only weak against one attack. Which is totally lame.

Around 60 hours (it took me 63).
Things You Should Know
There are multiple endings depending on if you go through all of the Kalpa's or not.
Final Score
10/10
Why a 10/10?
It's just plain fun all the way through.
